DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.

OLD BUSINESS:
Discuss how report will be completed, including drafting letter to
accompany updated list.
Schedule a time line for 2007 year.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Discussion of assessment and criteria descriptions and land /entitlements
category descriptions review.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• The next meeting date and location will be determined at a later date.
• Set Agenda for next meeting.

means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than
five hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting
to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to
communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County
