WRITTEN COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters. • Harry Yada, Property Manager under a Division of the Department of Finance. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of concern to the commission. Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider UNFINISHED BUSINESS: • Create a time line for 2007 year. • Discussion of assessment and criteria and revision of forms. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion of format regarding the report for December 2007. Discussion of recommendations to submit at the January 26, 2007 meeting with Corporation Counsel and Department of Finance. ANNOUNCEMENTS: The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 101 Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, HI 96720. • Set Agenda for Monday, February 12, 2007.
