APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of December 1 1 , 2006, regular
session meeting.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
• Harry Yada, Property Manager under a Division of the Department of
Finance.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
• Create a time line for 2007 year.
• Discussion of assessment and criteria and revision of forms.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion of format regarding the report for December 2007.
Discussion of recommendations to submit at the January 26, 2007
meeting with Corporation Counsel and Department of Finance.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2007 at
10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 101
Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, HI 96720.
• Set Agenda for Monday, February 12, 2007.
