APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of December 1 1 , 2006, regular
session meeting and December 27, 2006 special
session.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Communication No. 06 -1 1 7: Survey form from Leleiwi Community Association
re: Kathleen Paunani Aina land.
Communication No. 07 -001: Letter to Public Access, Open Space and Natural
Resources Preservation Commission from Mayor Harry Kim re: updated
prioritized list.
Communication No. 07 -002: Letter to Ruth Walker from Mayor Harry Kim re: her
resignation.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the commission.
Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider
Discuss with the Commission the need to adopt a rule regarding a
procedure for taking properties off the priority list upon request by the
property owner.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
• Create a time line for 2007 year.
• Discussion of assessment and criteria and revision of forms.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion of format regarding the report for December 2007.
Discussion of recommendations to submit at the January 26, 2007
meeting with Corporation Counsel and Department of Finance.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 12, 2007 at
10:00 a.m. at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room,
75 -5722 Hanama Place, Suite 1107, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii
