• Nancy Picchichio will be discussing the integration of CDP with the PONC
Commission.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of April 9, 2007, regular session meeting.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Communication No. 07 -004: Email from Molly Schmidt, Legacy Land
Conservation Fund Coordinator regardg Legacy Land Conservation Commission
Confirmed and Beginning Duties May 7, 2007.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the commission.
Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Discuss with the Commission the need to adopt a rule regarding
notification of property owners on the priority list.
Report from Commissioners on community meetings.
Create a mailing database and a letter to members of public who
previously submitted Suggestion Form, asking them to re- submit revised
Suggestion Form.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2007, 10:00 a.m. at
the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 101 Aupuni Street,
Suite 230, Hilo, HI 96720.
