DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.

Committee to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Assessment of 2007 Suggestion Forms (the Commission will complete it's
compilation of criteria scores from their assessment of the 2007
suggestion forms)
Discussion of 2007 Annual Report to the Mayor.
Discussion of 2007 prioritized list and procedures.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Preparation of a schedule for completion of 2007 Annual Report.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at
10:00 a.m., at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 75-
5722 Hanama Place, Suite 1107, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii.
