APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of August 1 1 , 2008, regular
session meeting.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• Updating the 2008 comprehensive list.

NEW BUSINESS
• Discussion and consideration regarding other information required to
evaluate properties.
• Discussion and consideration of Alphabetized comprehensive listings of
lands.
Discussion of the Public Access Open Space Commission's
authority and role pursuing recommended properties.
• Discussion and consideration of 4 submittals previously submitted.
• Discussion and consideration to identify sites for field visits.
• Discussion and update of the Public Open Space alliance.
• Discussion for drafting the 2008 report.

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 13, 2008 at
10:00 a.m., at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 101
Aupuni Street, Ste. 230, Hilo, Hawaii 96720
• Set Agenda for Monday, October 13, 2008.
