DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• Commission to discuss drafting of the 2008 Annual Report to the Mayor
Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider
NEW BUSINESS
• Commission to review and approve draft "Rules of Practice and
Procedure of the Hawaii County Public Access, Open Space and Natural
Resources Preservation Commission"
ANNOUNCEMENTS
• The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2008 at
10:00 a.m., at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 75-
5722 Hanama Place, Suite 1107, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii.
• Set Agenda for Monday, November 10, 2008.
