DISCUSSION WITH DEBBIE HECHT REGARDING THE POSSIBLE USE OF BONDS
AS AN ADDITIONAL FUNDING SOURCE TO PURCHASE LANDS UNDER THE
OPEN SPACE FUND
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self will conduct a Sunshine Law training to
the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.

Commission to discuss background orientation materials for new
commissioners
Commission to review and consider revising 2007 Suggestion Form
Discuss scheduling strategies for 2009
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2008 at
10:00 a.m., at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 101
Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, Hawaii.
