APPROVAL OF MINUTES -- Minutes of January 12, 2009
regular session meeting.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• Commission to review and consider revising 2007 Suggestion Form

NEW BUSINESS
• Commission to review and consider revising Assessment Criteria Form
• Commission to discuss procedures for conducting site inspections
• Commission to strategize on outreach activities (multi - media approach -
TV, radio, newspaper, etc.) on how to solicit new suggestion forms
• Commission to review previously submitted suggestion forms regarding
public access
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2009 at
10:00 a.m., at the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, 75-
5722 Hanama Place, Suite 1107, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii.
