APPROVAL OF MINUTES- - Minutes of September 14, 2009
regular session meeting.
DEMONSTRATION BY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
Larry Brown will demonstrate the public access geodatabase to the
commissioners.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
• Property Manager Ken Van Bergen to discuss with the Commission the
possibility of reducing the amount of meetings from monthly to every
other month effective January 2010 due to the County's economic crisis
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.

Commission to discuss creating new form for assessing public access
suggestion forms
Commission to discuss creating form letter to respond to suggestion
forms
Commission to discuss drafting of the 2009 Annual Report to the Mayor
including assessment of the 2009 suggestion forms

• Commission to discuss finalizing of the 2009 Prioritized List
