WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Communication No 09- 020: Letter to Kawika Burgess, The Trust for Public
Lands, from Charles H. Wiggins, Jr., The Nature Conservancy, re: Support of
TPL's efforts to acquire the "Road to the Sea" property adjacent to the Manuka
Natural Area Reserve
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel will provide update on legislative bill relating to the
establishment of countrywide trail and access program and other information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.

Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Commission to discuss drafting of the 2009 Annual Report to the Mayor
including assessment of the 2009 suggestion forms
NEW BUSINESS
• Commission to discuss finalizing of the 2009 Annual Report to the Mayor
• Commission to discuss with Property Manager Ken Van Bergen the
possibility of reducing the amount of meetings from monthly to every
other month effective January 2010
• Elect new officers for 2010
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 14, 2009 at 10:00
a.m., in the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, at 101
Aupuni Street, Suite 230, Hilo, Hawaii 96720
• Set Agenda for Monday, December 14, 2009.
