SERVICE (NRCS), RE: AGRICULTURAL LANDS AND PRODUCTION, AVAILABLE
FUNDING PROGRAMS THROUGH NRCS & POSSIBLE COLLABORATION
EFFORTS TO PROTECT THESE LANDS THROUGH AGRICULTURAL EASEMENTS
APPROVAL OF MINUTES- - Minutes of December 14, 2009

DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial
matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel will provide update on legislative bill relating to the
establishment of countywide trail and access program and other information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson to provide comments and /or information relating to matters of
concern to the Commission.

• Commission to discuss drafting a letter of support for the proposed
legislative bill relating to the establishment of a countywide trail and
access program
• Schedule priorities for 2010 meetings and activities

Criteria Form

• The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.,
in the Department of Liquor Control Conference Room, at 101 Aupuni
Street, Suite 230, Hilo, Hawaii 96720
