APPROVAL OF MINUTES- - Minutes of October 11, 2010

DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
Personnel from the Department of Finance will answer any questions from the
commissioners regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters.
OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT
Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to provide comments and /or information
relating to matters of concern to the Commission.
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
Chairperson E. Kalani Flores to provide comments and /or information relating to
matters of concern to the Commission.
NEW BUSINESS
➢ Commissioners to finalize the 2010 Annual Report to the Mayor including the
2010 Prioritized List
➢ Election of new officers for 2011
➢ Schedule Commission meetings for 2011
➢ Discuss procedures on how to respond to communications /requests sent to
the Commission
