At the April 25, 2011 Redistricting Commission meeting, a request was made for copies
of the 2001 Reapportionment Commission’s Final Plan. The Final Plan includes:
1. Final Plan with legal boundary descriptions
2. Final maps as it relates to the final Plan
3. District Tract/Block Report on population totals for the nine council districts
4. Population summary report showing deviations, percent deviations and deviation ranges
of the population in the nine council districts
