Ashida, Corporation Counsel (Petitioner) <br />Ronald Thiel, Petitioner <br />Barbara Lively, Petitioner <br />CHAIR: The Board of Ethics meeting will come to order. We do have members <br />of the public here —are there any statements from the public at this <br />time? Actually, all these members are here to testify or to petition, so <br />we can defer our statements from members of the public and move right <br />on to the order of business. The first thing I want to say is welcome to <br />the newest member, Wayne Joseph, who is on the Board of Ethics, <br />, glad to have you, in fact we need you here today to have a <br />quorum, and we do have a quorum. So, there are no statements from the <br />public, so approval of minutes. Have you had a chance —have you had <br />a chance to review the minutes of <br />WJ: I did read the minutes, yeah. <br />CHAIR: , basically, do you have any additions, do you see any <br />additions? <br />KI: No, I don't. <br />CHAIR: Wayne, you <br />WJ: I can make no comments on the minutes- <br />
