The Board of Ethics Meeting will come to order and if it suits the Board <br />and the members of the public I would like to allow both Ms. Stocksdale and Mr. Olesen and <br />Mr. Safarik, if you needed some more time to read, Mr. Safarik I see you nodding your head <br />there, more time to read and digest the late handouts that they received so everybody just sit tight <br />for a few moments. And feel free to talk among yourselves, members of the audience. Any <br />objections, you guys? <br />RW: Here she comes <br />(Kendall Sharpless enters the room.) <br />KD: I thought you were going to be on vacation. <br />BLT: September. <br />(Break while members read the handout materials from BLT) <br />RW: Mr. Olesen, Ms. Stocksdale have you guys had a chance to review that stuff, are you ready <br />to roll? <br />KSS: Ready to rock'n roll. <br />RW: Okay, so Board of Ethics will come to order and we are conducting a special meeting this <br />day for the specific purpose of addressing two petitions filed by Ms. Stocksdale and Mr. Olesen. <br />And so, without any further ado, we would like to call for any statements from the public on the <br />agenda items.
