MINUTES — REGULAR SESSION

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair John Replogle at 9:07 a.m.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Laura Schuster moved for approval of the Minutes of
March 20, 2006, seconded by Commissioner Kenneth Kaneshiro and carried
unanimously by voice vote.
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT
None
CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT
None
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
The Commissioners successfully completed the task of processing and applying
the assessment criteria to the survey forms.
NEW BUSINESS
The Commissioners worked together as group and began prioritizing the list for
the Mayor's Report.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Commissioner Kalani Flores made an announcement to the commissioners that
he attended the Waimea Community Association on March 15, 2006, and gave a
brief update on this Commission's progress. Commissioner Flores informed the
Waimea Community Association members that this Commission is still in the
process of completing the list for the Mayor which is due April 5, 2006.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the
Department of Liquor Control, Conference Room located at 75 -5722 Hanama
Place, Kailua -Kona, Hawaii 96740.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Kenneth Kaneshiro moved to adjourn the meeting; Commissioner
Benedict Yung second the motion and all members voted aye. The meeting
adjourned at 2:23 p.m.
