Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 Public Attendance via Videoconference is available at all of the above locations. If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the audio stream between Hilo Waimea and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. Submitting Testimony: Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission fourteen (14) Secretary. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring copies for distribution.
