Chair Siracusa,
We received information from Mr. David Rosenbrock, Project Manager -2011
Reapportionment Project. He has started the process of extracting the non-resident military and
students from the statewide population base. When the process is completed Mr. Rosenbrock
will re-populate the County of Hawai‘i population base. The Hawai‘i County Redistricting
Template Online will then be re-calculated with the new population data.
