Lee, Director <br /> SUBJECT: County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works <br /> Furlough for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 <br /> The County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works will be instituting furlough days for <br /> Fiscal Year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013. Beginning on July 29, 2011 through June 30, <br /> 2013, the offices will be generally closed on the 1st Fridays of every month except for <br /> the month of July when the furlough day will occur on Friday, July 29, 2011.
