Electronic versions of maps are available for viewing at the Redistricting
Commission meeting and on County of Hawai‘i Redistricting Commission
web page. How to view a map:
1. Go to the County Redistricting website:
http://co.hawaii.hi.us/council/reapp/index.htm
2. Click on Map Folder
3. Save plan (file) to desktop
4. Log-on to https://redistricting.hawaii.gov/
(note: first-time users must create a user name and password)
5. Go to File
6. Click on Open Local
7. Select plan (file) from desktop
8. Open plan (file)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to HawaiÒi Revised Statutes £ 92-3.5, the HawaiÒi County
Redistricting Commission will be conducting its August 11, 2011 meeting via videoconference.
Public Attendance via Videoconference: Videoconferencing is available at the following locations:
Kona Council Office, West HawaiÒi Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohoklole Highway, Building A
Waimea Council Office, Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mmalahoa Highway, Suite 5
If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the video connection cannot be made and/or
is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue.
Submitting Testimony: Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission
fourteen (14)
Secretary. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring copies
