Re: County of Hawaii Redistricting Population Extraction Numbers
Dear Mr. Rosenbrock:
Thank you for providing our Redistricting Commission Secretary, Karen Eoff, with information
regarding the status of population extraction numbers for non - resident students and non - resident
military personnel for the County of Hawaii. I understand from Ms. Eoff you will be providing
those numbers to Esri for extraction on Monday, August 8, 2011.
For your information, the Redistricting Commission has established, pursuant to Hawaii County
Code, that the Alternate Plan Deadline is September 1, 2011. That being the case, we trust that
the extraction process will be completed no later than August 11, 2011, the date on which the
Hawaii County Redistricting Commission is scheduled to meet.
Please advise Commission Secretary, Ms. Eoff with the name of the Esri representative to whom
the Commission may contact for any questions regarding the extraction. Thank you for your
continued assistance with this matter.
