The following is our quotation for providing three video cameras and operating the
cameras as part of the video conferencing and audio systems for the Hawaii County
Redistricting Commission meeting at the West Hawai'i Civic Center on the afternoon of
September 15, 2011.
$750 (includes tax) for up to three hours of meeting time.
If meeting time exceeds 3 hours, add $25 per 10 minutes of meeting time.
If meeting goes past 6 pm, $150 for per diem expense.
