Section 249-2,Hawaii Revised Statues,require that the registration taxes and fees be
paid by the owner of each vehicle in the county in which the vehicle is physically
located at the time of registration. The address of the vehicle's registration reflects
another county's address.If this vehicle is physically located in another county,please
contact the county's motor vehicle registration office for their requirements and the
amount due.
If your vehicle is still physically located in the County of Hawaii, please sign the
certification below and enclose this form with your renewal application form,payment
and certificate of safety inspection, if required.
