COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 146 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 05 148 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAI'I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 <br />EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, speed limits, section 24 -254, schedule 2 <br />(20 mile per hour limit), subsection (e) Kohala, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition), <br />is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />O H6ku'ula Road. <br />() Spencer Road. <br />() Konokohau Road. <br />() Laelae Road. <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br />printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br />the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this <br />end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
