<br />Hawaii Redistricting Online Migrating A Plan To A Different Population Base <br />Up until now, plans created using the Hawaii Redistricting Onlin <br />U.S. Census PL 94-171 population base. Both the Hawaii Reapportionment Commission (State) <br />and the Hawaii County Redistricting Commission (County) may inde <br />different population base. If either does, then users of the ap <br />their existing (PL 94-171) plans to whichever new population base is adopted. <br />The following is a step-by-step description of how to migrate a plan to a different populat <br />base. In this example, I will show how to migrate Hawaii Council Plan <br />e Hawaii County Redistricting Commission has decided to <br />use this population base. <br />1) Log in to Hawaii Redistricting Online <br />2) Open up the plan you want to migrate. In this example My Hawaii <br />Council Plan <br /> <br />The default choices are fine, <br />-Block then District <br /> <br />-Comma delimited <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A status window will show that the plan is being exported. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
