The properties are <br />located on the north (makai) side of Kalaniana‘ole Street, approximately 130 feet southwest <br />from the intersection of Kalaniana‘ole Street and Kea‘ā Street, Waiākea, South Hilo, <br />Hawai‘i, TMKs: 2-1-06: 16 & 17. <br /> <br /> APPLICANT: PACIFIC QUEST CORPORATION (USE NO. 98) <br />2. <br />Revocation of Use Permit No. 98, which was approved on February 27, 1992 by the Planning <br />Commission to allow the establishment of a community health center within the former AYH <br />Youth Hostel complex. KEVIN STUEF (REZ 11-140) <br />3. <br />Application for a Change of Zone from Single Family Residential-15,000 square feet (RS- <br />15) to Village Commercial-10,000 square feet (CV-10) zoning district for approximately <br />20,637 square feet of land. The subject property is located on the north side of the <br />Māmalahoa Highway (Highway 11) across from Na‘alehu Park, and adjacent to and east of <br />rd <br />the Punalu‘u Bake Shop, Na‘alehu Subdivision 3 Series, Poupouwela and Kawala, Ka’u, <br />Hawaii, TMK: 9-5-25: 33. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
