Kawauchi, Hawai' i County Clerk <br />DATE: August 24, 2011 <br />SUBJECT: Redistricting Population Extraction Numbers <br />This memorandum concerns Communication 32, "Update on Status of Esri Software and Help <br />Resources" to be discussed at the August 28, 2011 Redistricting Commission Meeting. On <br />August 23, 2011 in a telephone conference call with Royce Jones, Hawaii- Pacific Islands <br />Region Manager of Esri, Mr. Jones informed the Clerk's Office that the population extractions <br />will be performed in two steps with a completion date of September 6, 2011. The first step is <br />to extract the numbers by block. This first step will be completed by Monday, August 29, <br />2011. The second step is to load the numbers by block into the Esri Software.
