While we spend summers an the mainland, <br />we reside in Waikoloa Village the majority of the year pnd vote in Warkoloa Village. <br />We hear that the Council is considering dividing Warkolaa Village along Paniofo Avenue. We would like to <br />formally state our opposition to this proposal.
