We miss the peace and quiet, and of course all our friends. I <br />have been researching an issue that has and will affect the Waikoloa area and found that you <br />are one of the Commissioners on the redistricting. Man, does that sound like a tough job. <br />Could you do me a favor, the Waikoloa Village is a very dysfunctional area and if the <br />community was divided into two areas, it would be twice as dysfunctional. I think that is <br />what Hilo wants in order to keep getting their way with West Hawaii. There are only two <br />maps that divide Waikoloa, please do not adopt either.
