To: Karen Eoff Secretary, Hawaii Redistricting Commission Please forward to all Redistricting Commission members. Aloha Ms. Eoff and Redistricting Commission members, I am commenting on the Redistricting process. I realize you face complex issues on redistricting. one overriding concern must be to allow cohesive, clearly identified communities to be coherent and represented in one district. I urge you to keep the entire Hawaiian Paradise Park ( HPP) in Puna in one district. HPP is a community in itself, and must not be divided into more than one district. If it were divided, it's voice will be diluted and not represented. Please do not divide HPP; it is a single, identifiable, cohesive community with shared concerns.
