Good after noon Commissioner.
My name is Collin Kaholo I reside in North Kohala. From all the plans, you have here before us, I
command all of you, for the hard work and energy this Commission hasdone, t nplet their
task before us the public. Now you are tasking..! the public its support of a "'PLAN". As we give
testimony as why and hover, you should support a plan with testimony from all of us here.
My plan is (plan-17) after looking at all the ether plans. My selection, and reason North Kohala,
Waimea and H nol as all in one District. No cutting of Communities. llhereas Puako and
Waikoloa move in, with portion of North Kona to create one District.
The other reason is some of the Council person looks to o f rt ble in their present district.
We need a grange.. ! In public support to have the Community agenda heard. As the economy
stags in its present condition, lost of jobs, lay off, high gas price. The Hawaii State Gov. and the
County Goer. decide to raise fees. One rust look at the I.B.0 and U. .0 the only winner is the
vendor who sells building material. (Homes Insulation, safe Room, and other Mandate Is
supported by the I. .0 and U. .C. These add on is for winter and tornados, and not for Hawaii.
