Dear Redistricting Commission:
I strongly oppose Plan 28. Waikoloa is split between District 8 and District 9.
The effect, whether intended or not, seems to be to deprive Waikoloa, which is a village
of about 6,000 people, of our very competent County Council Member, Pete Hoffman,
who is one of the few voices of rationality and fairness on the county Council.
