This is a revision of Friends of Puna's Future's Amendments to Plan 40
( "40adj.alt2.dist6- rev.plan ") with only the following modifications:
1. adjustments to the Districts 6/7 and Districts 7/8 boundaries - in order to better
address neighborhood communities of interest on the Westside; and,
2. extends District 2 all the way along Saddle Road instead of having District 6
extend up to Saddle Road in the middle portion of that road.
