The EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025 Living Action Plan
contains six Focus Areas which are implemented via
numerous strategies and specific actions.
The Hawaii County Council adopted the original EnVision
Downtown Hilo 2025 Plan in 2005 — however, a true
Living Action Plan evolves with its community.
Conducting our five -year update insures that EnVision
Downtown Hilo 2025 remains responsive and relevant to
the emergent needs of our local community.
We need your input!
Your feedback will help craft the final Vision Concept and
prioritize top community strategies for implementation.
