I won't be able to testify in person but would like to voice my support for
Community Plan 40.
I don't support Community Plan A because it eliminates a Hamakua council
representative.
It also divides the long established communities of Honokaa, Kukuihaele, Paauhau,
Paauilo, Ookala, Laupahoehoe, Ninole & Papaaloa. As expected these
demographics are based on employment provided by the former plantations owned
by Theo H Davies.
