current list of the Coalition of Puna Subdivision Associations, a 1992 Map of
Puna Subdivisions by `Aina Surveying and Mapping, and a listing of
Subdivisions for Puna Makai and Puna Mauka; all of which were provided by
Leilani Bronson - Crelly, Administrative Assistant for Hawaiian Paradise Park
Owners Association.

Plans /Maps, and continue the process of creating the Commission's
"Draft Plan."
COMM. 48.1 From Margaret Wille, dated October 25, 2011, transmitting a revised
version of Plan 40, labeled Plan-40 10 -24, submitted as public testimony.
COMM. 48.2 From Mike Middlesworth, dated October 25, 2011, transmitting revisions
to Draft Plan A.
COMM. 48.8 From Brenda Ford, dated October 28, 2011, requesting Commissioner's

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §92 -3.5, the Hawai' i County
Redistricting Commission will be conducting its November 3, 2011 meeting via
video conference. Commission Members will be present at the following locations:
• Hilo County Council Room, Hawai` i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401.
• Kona Council Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74 -5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Building A.
Public Attendance via Videoconference is available at the above locations and at the Waimea
Council Office, Holomua Center, 64 -1067 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite 5, and at the Pahoa
Council Office, Pahoa Marketplace, 15 -2660 Pahoa Village Road, Room 105, until 4:30 p.m. or
later in the event that public witness testimony has not been completed. If for technical or other
unanticipated circumstances the audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a
short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
Submitting Testimony: Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission
Secretary. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring fourteen (14) copies
for distribution. Testimony may also be submitted: (1) by mail to Karen Eoff, County Council
Office, West Hawaii Civic Center Building A, 74 -5044 Ane Keoholcalole Highway, Kailua-
Kona Hawaii 96740; (2) by facsimile to (808) 329 -4786; or (3) by e -mail to
keoff @co.hawaii.hi.us. Please submit separate testimony for each item. Copies will be
distributed at the meeting only if they are received before 12:00 noon on the business day
prior to the meeting. All oral and written testimony will be made a part of the public record.
