NEW BUSINESS 1.Design Review of a proposed four foot high perimeter fence along eastern () mauka portions of both the north and south boundaries of the subject property and its entire east boundary, thereby closing off certain existing ADA accessible and commercial walkways which serve and interconnect buildings in the Coconut Grove Marketplace on adjoining parcels of land. Applicant: Cord D. Anderson. Land Owners: State of Hawai‘i. Property Tax Map Key No.: 7-5-009:043. Location: 75-5809 Ali‘i Drive. This site is currently developed as an open volleyball sand court at the center of Coconut Grove Marketplace frontage along Ali‘i Drive.
