Aloha, <br />We support community plan 40. It is outrageous to think the commission would consider <br />concentrating more power to the existing power brokers in Hilo. <br />The Kona side has been the poor stepchild in every political and financial decision <br />recently made by Hawaii County government. <br />As most of the taxes are generated on the Kona side of our island, it is now time to start <br />upgrading parks, infrastructure, water, roads and county services to reflect this fact.
