I am a 30 year resident of Kaapahu Homesteads and I urge you to please vote against
Plan A or any plan that would divide the Hamakua Coast. The issues and problems facing
Hamakua are very different from those of either Hilo or Waimea. We need a
representative on the council whose main interest is serving the unique needs of our
district. Mahalo for considering this request.
