Subject: Plan A
I am writing to express my strong opposition to Plan A as amended. As a home owner in Hamakua, it is
imperative we have our own representative on the Council. Hamakua is unique in its culture, needs,
environmental issues. It can not and should not be represented by persons who also must represent the
different needs of persons outside of Hamakua. This plan appears to be a malicious attempt to deprive
us of our voice and right to be represented at the Council.
