I am writing to express my deep dismay at proposed plans to redistrict the Hamakua Coast by chopping
it up into irrelevant sections.
PLEASE VOTE A GAINST PLAN A!! ! ! ! ! ! !
This would ruin the Hamakua by creating disjointed districts. Decisions about the Hamakua cannot be
made by Hilo or Waimea, rather they should be made by the representative of the people of the
Hamakua.
