Dear Hawaii County Redistricting Commission,
As a citizen of the Hamakua coast I would encourage you to vote NO to redistricting plan A or any other plan
that splits the Hamakua Coast representation.
We are a rural community with unique needs from either Hilo or West Hawaii.
