Please DO NOT vote to implement Amended Plan A. <br />Our churches and community groups are working hard to develop services and minister to the needs of <br />the this distinct geographical region with its distinct demographic groups. In every sense, the <br />communities from Papaikou to Kukuihaele need representation and services for our youth, our elderly, <br />our small business and for agriculture that meet the people where they live and in the manner of their <br />lifestyle.
