Subject: Redistricting plan decision
Please don't pass redistricting Plan A. Don't divide the Hilo- Hamakua coast. We don't want to be the
"Back Yard" that's ignored by Waimea and Hilo, where problems are left "unseen" by the rest of the
island government.
