would like you to express to the Hawaii Redistricting Commission my support for "Community Plan 40 with
Puako remaining in District 9 with Waimea and North Kohala." This plans allows for a fair balance of
County Council Districts and follows the commission's discussion at the August 24th meeting of what a fair
plan of council districts should look like.
