Dear Secretary Eoff :
I wish to express to the Hawaii Redistricting Commission my support for Community Plan 40 with, I understand,
would result in Puako remaining in District 9 with Waimea and North Kohala. This plan is consistent with the
discussions that occurred at the August 24th meeting relating to what plan would be fair and allow for a fair
balance of council districts. I urge the Commission to adopt the plan so as to allow Puako to remain in District 9
with Waimea and North Kohala.
