am a resident of Hamakua. I have lived and taught school in Honoka'a for 34 years. The idea that Plan A
proposes is a bad idea and should not even be considered. The negative impact it would have on our community
and school should not be overlooked to the advantage of others. I oppose Plan A and encourage you to do the
same. It is a BAD IDEA! Gary Washburn, Musci Director, Honoka'a High and Intermediate School.
