Aloha 2011 Redistricting Commissioners,
Thank you all for your hard work during the very condensed time frame you have had to work within.
As has been said from the very first meeting and throughout the process, one essential outcome of your
work is that there be two, whole and and entire council districts totally within Puna. This, of course,
recognizing that these two districts will comprise most ( -90% - 95 %) of the total Puna population, but
not the entire Puna population. Some ( -5% - 10 %) of the Puna population will be in one or more other
council districts.
