1 support redistricting PLAN B. 1 feel it is important both to keep an independent Hamakua district and to keep
Waimea and Waikoloa together. Lumping parts of Hamakua into Hilo and parts of Waikoloa into Kona robs
these smaller communities of a voice for their region - specific concerns.
Councilmembers, please vote for fair representation. Support PLAN 8!
